PROGRAM 09 · WATER INFRASTRUCTURE
Smart Water Kiosk / Borehole Pump Controller
A water infrastructure development program for water tanks and pump installations, currently in development.
Problem
Manual pump switching can waste operator time and leave protection gaps.
Asset
Water tanks and pump installations
Technology
Sensing: Tank level, cover and temperature; pump state, current and flow.
Shared with JETEX AI: telemetry contracts, device identity, event history, dashboard patterns and operator workflows.
Intended customer
Estates, schools, farms and water vendors.
Customer categories only. No named customers, deployments or partnerships are claimed.
How it works
- Sense
Tank level, cover and temperature; pump state, current and flow.
- Edge
Proposed local quality checks, event logic and a durable queue. Product-specific sensing and power requirements determine the configuration.
- Connect
Proposed LTE connectivity with authenticated MQTT over TLS. Actual site coverage and device compatibility require verification.
- Cloud
Proposed telemetry ingestion, asset history, device health and event records.
- Analyze
Monitor the two-node system and support locally protected pump operation.
- Alert & act
Advisories are intended to support acknowledgement, investigation and documented work orders. People make the operational decisions.
Proposed architecture. Functions and instruments remain subject to engineering verification.
Current stage
IN DEVELOPMENT In development, moving from design into build. Functional hardware and validation evidence are not yet established, so this program is not presented as built, tested or pilot-ready.
Readiness: In development
Next milestone: Review the independent protection and motor-panel design with qualified installers.
Two nodes: solar tank sensing and a powered local controller. Local protection remains independent of cloud services. Payments, billing metrology and arrears cutoff are excluded.
JE TEX development hardware is non-certified and informational only. It is not presented as a safety device, life-safety system, certified gas detector or compliant instrument. Hazardous-area measurement uses certified instruments installed by competent personnel.
Engineering baseline: 29 September 2026. Proposed scope and next steps, not field-performance claims.
PILOT / PROOF OF CONCEPT
Discuss a pilot.
This program is in development, and we welcome early pilot conversations. Any pilot is subject to engineering verification, site and safety review, and agreed acceptance criteria.
