PROGRAM 08 · WATER INFRASTRUCTURE
Septic Tank / Flood / Manhole Overflow Monitor
A water infrastructure development program for septic tanks, drains and infrastructure covers, currently in development.
Problem
Overflow and open-cover events require timely awareness and a response team.
Asset
Septic tanks, drains and infrastructure covers
Technology
Sensing: Level, overflow, cover state and application-specific vibration or tamper.
Shared with JETEX AI: telemetry contracts, device identity, event history, dashboard patterns and operator workflows.
Intended customer
Estate and hotel facilities managers and public infrastructure owners.
Customer categories only. No named customers, deployments or partnerships are claimed.
How it works
- Sense
Level, overflow, cover state and application-specific vibration or tamper.
- Edge
Proposed local quality checks, event logic and a durable queue. Product-specific sensing and power requirements determine the configuration.
- Connect
Proposed LTE connectivity with authenticated MQTT over TLS. Actual site coverage and device compatibility require verification.
- Cloud
Proposed telemetry ingestion, asset history, device health and event records.
- Analyze
Coordinate inspection, evacuation or maintenance dispatch.
- Alert & act
Advisories are intended to support acknowledgement, investigation and documented work orders. People make the operational decisions.
Proposed architecture. Functions and instruments remain subject to engineering verification.
Current stage
IN DEVELOPMENT In development, moving from design into build. Functional hardware and validation evidence are not yet established, so this program is not presented as built, tested or pilot-ready.
Readiness: In development
Next milestone: Validate the shared tank modules, then define distinct septic and flood response profiles.
Sensor location and hazardous-area boundaries require specialist review. Alarms require an accountable response team.
JE TEX development hardware is non-certified and informational only. It is not presented as a safety device, life-safety system, certified gas detector or compliant instrument. Hazardous-area measurement uses certified instruments installed by competent personnel.
Engineering baseline: 29 September 2026. Proposed scope and next steps, not field-performance claims.
PILOT / PROOF OF CONCEPT
Discuss a pilot.
This program is in development, and we welcome early pilot conversations. Any pilot is subject to engineering verification, site and safety review, and agreed acceptance criteria.
