PROGRAM 07 · ASSET INTELLIGENCE

Pipeline Pressure & Leak Monitor

An asset intelligence development program for pipeline test spool, currently in development and testing.

Problem

Underserved pipeline segments can lack useful pressure and anomaly history.

Asset

Pipeline test spool

Technology

Sensing: Pressure, temperature and acoustic features on a controlled water test spool.

Shared with JETEX AI: telemetry contracts, device identity, event history, dashboard patterns and operator workflows.

Intended customer

Pipeline asset owners, operations teams and integrity engineers.

Customer categories only. No named customers, deployments or partnerships are claimed.

How it works

  1. Sense

Pressure, temperature and acoustic features on a controlled water test spool.

  2. Edge

Proposed local quality checks, event logic and a durable queue. Product-specific sensing and power requirements determine the configuration.

  3. Connect

Proposed LTE connectivity with authenticated MQTT over TLS. Actual site coverage and device compatibility require verification.

  4. Cloud

Proposed telemetry ingestion, asset history, device health and event records.

  5. Analyze

Review correlated anomalies and initiate inspection.

  6. Alert & act

Advisories are intended to support acknowledgement, investigation and documented work orders. People make the operational decisions.

Proposed architecture. Functions and instruments remain subject to engineering verification.

Current stage

IN TESTING Prototype step on the JE TEX readiness scale, with equipment now in field testing. Demonstrations are available on request. Readiness advances to the next step only with supporting test records, and this program is not presented as commercially available.

Readiness: Prototype / In testing

Next milestone: Complete field testing of pressure, temperature and acoustic anomaly monitoring on pipeline segments, document the results, and arrange demonstrations for interested operators.

No custody metering, emergency shutdown, subsea use or leak localization in baseline scope. Water-spool results do not prove hydrocarbon performance.

JE TEX development hardware is non-certified and informational only. It is not presented as a safety device, life-safety system, certified gas detector or compliant instrument. Hazardous-area measurement uses certified instruments installed by competent personnel.

Engineering baseline: 29 September 2026. Proposed scope and next steps, not field-performance claims.

PILOT / PROOF OF CONCEPT
