PROGRAM 05 · EMISSIONS INTELLIGENCE
Flare Stack & Emissions Monitor
An emissions intelligence development program for flare stacks, currently in development and testing.
Problem
Flare status between inspections can be difficult to document consistently.
Asset
Flare stacks
Technology
Sensing: Flame status, thermal behavior and approved process data.
Shared with JETEX AI: telemetry contracts, device identity, event history, dashboard patterns and operator workflows.
Intended customer
Upstream operations and HSE teams.
Customer categories only. No named customers, deployments or partnerships are claimed.
How it works
- Sense
Flame status, thermal behavior and approved process data.
- Edge
Proposed local quality checks, event logic and a durable queue. Product-specific sensing and power requirements determine the configuration.
- Connect
Proposed LTE connectivity with authenticated MQTT over TLS. Actual site coverage and device compatibility require verification.
- Cloud
Proposed telemetry ingestion, asset history, device health and event records.
- Analyze
Review flare events and build an operational reporting trail.
- Alert & act
Advisories are intended to support acknowledgement, investigation and documented work orders. People make the operational decisions.
Proposed architecture. Functions and instruments remain subject to engineering verification.
Current stage
IN TESTING Prototype step on the JE TEX readiness scale, with equipment now in field testing. Demonstrations are available on request. Readiness advances to the next step only with supporting test records, and this program is not presented as commercially available.
Readiness: Prototype / In testing
Next milestone: Complete field testing of flame status and thermal behavior monitoring for flare event reporting, document the results, and arrange demonstrations for interested operators.
Initial scope does not establish methane mass, combustion efficiency, regulatory-grade MRV or carbon credits.
JE TEX development hardware is non-certified and informational only. It is not presented as a safety device, life-safety system, certified gas detector or compliant instrument. Hazardous-area measurement uses certified instruments installed by competent personnel.
Engineering baseline: 29 September 2026. Proposed scope and next steps, not field-performance claims.
PILOT / PROOF OF CONCEPT
Discuss a pilot.
This program is in testing, and we're now lining up pilot partners. Contact us to arrange a demonstration. Any pilot is subject to engineering verification, site and safety review, and agreed acceptance criteria.
