PROGRAM 03 · ASSET INTELLIGENCE
Air Quality & Gas Safety Node
An asset intelligence development program for occupied and industrial facilities, currently in development and testing.
Problem
Ventilation and dust complaints need pollutant-specific evidence.
Asset
Occupied and industrial facilities
Technology
Sensing: PM2.5, CO₂, temperature, humidity and a justified gas/status channel.
Shared with JETEX AI: telemetry contracts, device identity, event history, dashboard patterns and operator workflows.
Intended customer
Facilities managers at estates, hotels and warehouses.
Customer categories only. No named customers, deployments or partnerships are claimed.
How it works
- Sense
PM2.5, CO₂, temperature, humidity and a justified gas/status channel.
- Edge
Proposed local quality checks, event logic and a durable queue. Product-specific sensing and power requirements determine the configuration.
- Connect
Proposed LTE connectivity with authenticated MQTT over TLS. Actual site coverage and device compatibility require verification.
- Cloud
Proposed telemetry ingestion, asset history, device health and event records.
- Analyze
Investigate ventilation and dust trends using environmental advisories.
- Alert & act
Advisories are intended to support acknowledgement, investigation and documented work orders. People make the operational decisions.
Proposed architecture. Functions and instruments remain subject to engineering verification.
Current stage
IN TESTING Prototype step on the JE TEX readiness scale, with equipment now in field testing. Demonstrations are available on request. Readiness advances to the next step only with supporting test records, and this program is not presented as commercially available.
Readiness: Prototype / In testing
Next milestone: Complete field testing of PM2.5, CO₂, temperature and humidity monitoring for ventilation and dust advisories, document the results, and arrange demonstrations for interested facilities teams.
Environmental advisory only. Independent certified systems retain gas-safety responsibility.
JE TEX development hardware is non-certified and informational only. It is not presented as a safety device, life-safety system, certified gas detector or compliant instrument. Hazardous-area measurement uses certified instruments installed by competent personnel.
Engineering baseline: 29 September 2026. Proposed scope and next steps, not field-performance claims.
PILOT / PROOF OF CONCEPT
Discuss a pilot.
This program is in testing, and we're now lining up pilot partners. Contact us to arrange a demonstration. Any pilot is subject to engineering verification, site and safety review, and agreed acceptance criteria.
